Palworldguide is written and maintained by one person. This page says who that is, where the numbers come from, and how to read the label attached to every value.
Who writes this
Edwin Galibert
Editor & data maintainer
I compile Palworld’s data, cross-check every value against several sources, and re-check the whole set after each patch. Each figure ships with the label that says where it came from and the game version it was checked against.
That work is the reason this site exists. When patch 1.0.3 moved the Jetragon Pal Gear unlock from level 79 to 70 and the Aquatic Construction Kit from 66 to 23, most guides kept serving the old numbers. Those were corrected here the day the patch shipped, and the previous value is still shown struck through on the technology tree so you can see what changed.
Found a value that is wrong, or one a patch has made stale? Tell me — corrections are the fastest way to make this site better, and they get checked against the source rather than taken on faith.
What the labels mean
Every factual value on this site carries one of three labels and the game version it was checked against (currently 1.100.427). A number without a label and a date is a number you cannot audit — so there are none here.
Verified
Taken from an official Pocketpair changelog, or confirmed in-game by a contributor. The strongest label on the site.
Datamined
Extracted from game files by the community. Usually accurate, but it can describe content that is disabled, unused or changed before release — so it is never presented as official.
Estimate
A community figure or a planning model: route times, drop odds, breeding probabilities. Useful for comparing options, never a guarantee.
How the data is sourced
Official first. Pocketpair changelogs and the in-game Paldeck outrank everything else. When an official source contradicts a community one, the official value wins and the entry is marked verified.
Two sources before publishing a contested number. When community sources disagree — as they did on the Aquatic Construction Kit’s unlock level, where one guide said 22 and two said 23 — the majority value ships and the disagreement is recorded in the commit history.
Nothing is invented. A value nobody has confirmed is left out rather than guessed. Missing data is visible as missing.
Patch days trigger a re-check. Values the patch touched are corrected at the source, so every page that derives from them updates at once instead of drifting apart.
