Catch one in the world. Its spawn points, capture rate and the team that beats it are on the Faleris profile.
Get a second one of the opposite gender. Breeding needs a male and a female, so catch again or hatch from an egg.
Breed the two together in a Breeding Farm with a Cake. The child is always another Faleris — that is how you reroll passives and IVs.
