Where to find Bellanoir in Palworld: you cannot, and that is the point
Bellanoir has zero spawn points in Palworld 1.0 — no day spawn, no night spawn, no alpha location. She is a summon-only raid boss, and the only way to face her is to build a Summoning Altar and craft a slab from four fragments.

If you have been sweeping the map looking for Bellanoir, stop. She has no spawn point in Palworld 1.0 — zero during the day, zero at night, and no alpha location either. She is not rare, not nocturnal, and not hidden behind a region you have yet to unlock. She simply does not exist in the open world, and no amount of searching will change that.
Bellanoir is a summon-only raid boss. The only way to face her is to build a Summoning Altar and offer a slab depicting her. The altar unlocks at technology level 33 and costs 100 stone, which is deliberately cheap — the gate here is the slab, not the building.
Bellanoir's Slab is a Rare consumable crafted from four Bellanoir's Slab Fragments. Those fragments come from expeditions and chests rather than from a single farmable boss, and two sources drop them at a guaranteed rate: Forest expeditions and Hard Grass expeditions both yield 1–2 fragments at 100%. The Arrogant Pal Critic also hands over one at 100% for Kitsun, Sekhmet and Reptyro. Below that the rates fall off — Forest02 chests at 50%, Volcano expeditions at 50%, Desert02 at 30%, Volcano02 and the Volcano enemy camp goal at about 28.6%, and the Desert camp goal at 16.2%. If you want fragments reliably, run expeditions and ignore the chest hunt.
Offering the slab summons a level 35 Bellanoir with 333,000 HP, 0% damage reduction and 150% attack damage. That first tier is the tutorial version of the fight: no damage reduction at all means every point of DPS you bring lands at face value, which is why it is the raid most players clear first.
Her second form is a separate fight with a separate slab. Bellanoir Libero's Slab is Epic rather than Rare, also built from four of its own fragments, and it summons a level 45 Bellanoir Libero at 411,000 HP — but with 60% damage reduction and 200% attack damage. The HP increase is modest; the damage reduction is the real jump. A loadout that comfortably burns down the level 35 version can stall completely here, because 60% reduction means you need roughly two and a half times the damage output for the same time-to-kill.
Then there is the Ultra tier, and the numbers stop being incremental. Twilight Siren (Ultra) Bellanoir Libero is level 80 with 2,394,000 HP, 91% damage reduction and 1000% attack damage. Against 91% reduction, only about 9% of your damage registers — the fight is not a harder version of the level 45 encounter, it is a different problem that assumes endgame gear, weak point damage and a full party.
As a Pal rather than a boss, Bellanoir is Dark element, Humanoid, from the NightLady tribe, with 120 base health, 150 attack and 100 defence. Her work suitability is Handiwork 5, Medicine Production 5 and Transporting 4 — genuinely strong for a base, which surprises people who only know her as a raid. She hatches from a Huge Dark Egg, and her breeding entry is a unique combo: Bellanoir plus Bellanoir Libero produces Bellanoir.
Her partner skill turns her into a damage cooldown: when activated, she attacks the targeted enemy with Nightmare Ray, and her own Nightmare Ray carries a damage multiplier that scales from 1.1x at level 1 to 2.5x at level 5. Her active skills are Dark throughout — Dark Cannon at level 1 (70 power), Umbral Surge at 7 (60), Dark Arrow at 15 (120), Spirit Flame at 22 (200), Nightmare Ball at 30 (300) and Apocalypse at 40.
The short version: there is no location to find, because the fight is something you build rather than something you travel to. Farm expedition fragments, unlock the altar at technology 33, and treat the level 35 summon as practice for the 60% damage reduction that comes next.
